Radience Doors were excellent. They guided us through the design and choice process often suggesting ways to reduce the cost and always improving the quality. They delivered to the agreed timescales. Their installation team were polite, efficient and clean. We hardly had to clean anything after the installation was complete (a welcome surprise considering how much mess the job created during the installation).
They kept in frequent contact ensuring we were happy. We are delighted with the new door!

A quality company is one that treats its customers right when things aren’t 100% perfect, we had a couple of minor issues over the booking just due to resource constraints but the team made sure I was well looked after. I will be using them again!

Clare in the office was excellent in keeping me up to date and arranging installation. Tom worked hard fortified by lots of strong coffee ( Sorry, Tom, it was decaf!). The door is beautiful and installed and finished to a very high standard. I’m saving up for new windows next!

I initially met them at their showrooms which was ideal to look through the various styles and options available, along with discussing the security and insulation aspects or their products. Richard then came to the house to get a full feel for it and the area I live. He came up with some great alternatives to how I had planned the changes and I’m so glad I did it this way. Everything was ordered with ease and it was so nice to not be pressured or upsold. Claire kept me up to date of insulation dates and how the work would be carried out. Even me changing a few things last minute she did this brilliantly for me. Tom and Danny arrived on the agreed day and confirmed the project before setting to work. They are so polite, tidy and really cared about every little detail. The finished product looks absolutely amazing and I can’t recommend them enough. The aftercare has been first class with all of the certificates arriving and followed up by Claire. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Radiance doors replaced all of the windows and doors in our last house and did such a fantastic job in every respect. So when we moved house recently Radiance doors were the obvious choice to change all of the windows and doors for us again.
As expected the prompt and professional service, attention to detail and outstanding focus on customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction with this brilliant family team.

We chose Radiance after getting to know Richard and Claire who are the loveliest, friendliest people you could wish to meet and I was so glad that the work that Radiance do it just a further extension of that. Could not be happier with the job Radiance doors did. They really helped us out of a jam when our old knackered door fell off it’s hinges, really went above and beyond. And the new door, they quoted really competatively for a top quality product. The communication was great always felt in the loop where we were up to ect. I can’t recommend this company enough. We have just had new windows and door fitted and the workmanship is excellent. The fitters are perfectionists and everything finished off to such a high standard. They also hoover and clean up everything and nothing to do yourself after they’ve gone. From start from Richard and then Claire we have been kept informed at every touch and turn. I am quite a nervous person and Claire was so lovely and reassuring. If you need any new windows or doors, they are the company to contact!

Emails received with detailed estimates, quotations, deposit and full balance receipts and contracts to be signed, and finally guarantees. I met Richard initially and was impressed with his knowledge and great customer service. Another surveyor came for a brief visit and was equally as good. Contact with Claire by telephone was great! Then the actual fitting. Both guys were very hard working and friendly. They came across a small problem and worked carefully to solve it. They tidied up inside and out beautifully. Having a new front door was a tough decision for me for personal reasons. The whole team at Radiance Doors have been nothing but supportive & helpful right from the very first contact. They colour matched my new door – the match is perfect! – so that I had exactly what I wanted. The fitters were perfectionists! Very neat & tidy, made very little mess & cleared everything up after themselves. So happy we found the gem of a business. We was looking for a composite back door as ours was old and broken. From the start with our enquiry to the lovely helpful Claire to the planning and design from Richard absolutely first class service. Quote was quick and within Budget .Was kept up to date every step of the way. The beautiful door was fitted by two lovely young men who were punctual and very very friendly. It was a bitterly cold snowy day but they were cheerful and happy in their work. The door was in a extension and was everything we was after and more. Will not hesitate to recommend this local friendly family business who treats the customer more like friends.We will definitely be back very soon for all our windows and front door.

We had excellent service from Radiance Doors, from quote and survey to installation. The door we had fitted looks great, feels very good quality and solid.

I recently had a new front door from radiance. I looked at two other well known door companies and Radiance was the only company who could provide me with the exact door I had in mind. Initially when looking for my new door I liked the idea that they are a family run business but as well as this every person who I dealt with was professional, polite, approachable and informative. I went with a grey front door and I am really happy with the result; my new door has had lots of compliments! I would definitely recommend Radiance doors and use them again in the future 🙂

Just had replacement units done at the rear of my house with the blinds inside the glass.
Radiance windows came and measured, supplied and fitted these all within about 10-14 days. The turn around was brilliant.
Very professionally fitted with no mess and old units disposed off too.
I would give them a 5 star rating and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone

I knew the kind of windows and doors I wanted in Chartwell Green and had some great advice from Richard regarding the look I wanted. The work was carried out so professionally and everything was clean and tidy when it was finished. It really is a family business Richard, Claire and family care so much about getting everything right for you, Claire even sourced a glass door panel she knew was what I really wanted, they are such are friendly family including their gorgeous dog Brian.

I would like to thank everybody at Radiance doors for the absolutely superb customer service and workmanship displayed when we agreed to buy a new door from them. It was Claire who dealt with my initial query and although she was professional throughout, her amiable nature made it feel as though I had known her for years and years. She explained all the options fully and discussed the different prices which made it easy to decide what we wanted and ensure it was in our budget. I had shopped around prior to deciding to go with Radiance doors and the price quoted was extremely competitive. When that is added to the level of workmanship it is a superb combination. We agreed a date for the work to be completed and Tom turned up to fit the door at 8am just as had been agreed. His level of workmanship was absolutely first class. As he worked, I couldn’t believe his level of cleanliness. After each stage of the old door and windows being removed and the replacements fitted, he hoovered up and cleaned any dust with soap and water. That didn’t slow his work down drastically as he was finished by 2pm. Our house is quite old and so he had to do some pointing around the frames. Again the level of workmanship is exceptional. The door and windows look excellent and I am so pleased that I took the decision to use Radiance. I thoroughly recommend this  family run firm as the service I have had from them is unbelievable really. In the words of the Proclaimers, you could walk 500 miles and not find a company that is a patch on Radiance doors. Use them, you wont regret it.

We recently had our windows and stunning front door supplied and fitted by radiance doors. We had a couple of quotes from other companies who we didn’t get a great feeling from, then we found radiance doors who are a great family run company, and from the moment Richard came to give us a quote he immediately made us feel comfortable and was very helpful and had a great understanding of what we were looking for. The customer service and communication is first class and Tom who fitted the windows had done an excellent job leaving no mess what so ever and even took his shoes off without being asked. Overall we couldn’t be happier with our new windows and door which has totally transformed our house.

We had several UPVC sealed units which had failed and needed some trim replacing around the windows. We asked radiance doors to look at the work from a recommendation from a friend. Richard ( the owner )came to look at the job, he was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and punctual. He gave good advise and made some good, saving ideas. The quote was sent the very next day as promised and was concise and very well laid out, it was also very competitive. When the guys came to perform the work, Tom ( Richards son ) and Ben arrived with everything they needed. They were very professional from the second they started, removing their shoes when they came in ( without be asked) to cleaning every spec of dust inside and outside. All the windows and frames were cleaned and couldn’t tell they had been. I will not even ask anyone else to look at any of my jobs in the future, they will get all my work and I have already given them more work. The service from initial enquiry to completion has been first class in every respect and I am absolutely delighted with my new front door, rear door and patio doors fitted by this fantastic family run local company. I first met Richard from the company when he visited us to talk about our options for replacement doors and patio doors. Richard was very knowledgeable professional, patient and friendly. He took time to go through what products would best meet our requirements and having taken some measurements left us to take time to think about what we wanted and to discuss it with our family. It felt so reassuring to be left to think things over without any pressure whatsoever. The quote from Richard was very competitive and having placed our order Claire kept us up to date about the progress and to arrange a convenient date to fit them. Claire was always very friendly and informative. Tom expertly fitted our doors and tidied up everything, if it wasn’t for the lovely doors we wouldn’t have known he had been.
